Experience inside sport. Purpose beyond it.
About The Reamon Report
We are building a national youth sports education and development company that equips athletes, families, and organizations with practical knowledge. Paid football recruiting guidance is one part of that mission.

Our legacy / In loving memory
Tommy Reamon Sr.
This work is deeply personal.
My father, Tommy Reamon Sr., passed away on May 22, 2025. An accomplished player and devoted coach, he coached and mentored thousands of young men over more than 40 years, helping them pursue education, opportunity, and purpose beyond football. Among those he coached or mentored were Mike Tomlin, Michael Vick, Marcus Vick, Aaron Brooks, Kwamie Lassiter, Antonio Banks, Elton Brown, Tyrod Taylor, and B.W. Webb. He taught that character, discipline, and accountability mattered beyond the scoreboard.
His accomplishments included Sunkist High School All-American honors, induction into the NJCAA Hall of Fame as a running back, selection by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1974 draft, and World Football League Most Valuable Player honors. He also appeared in North Dallas Forty, named the greatest football movie by the NFL Network. He was inducted into the Lower Virginia Peninsula Sports Hall of Fame, the Hampton Roads Sports Hall of Fame, and the VIA Heritage Association Hall of Fame as a player and coach. He was a 2026 National High School Football Hall of Fame nominee and a two-time Key to the City recipient, honored by Newport News, Virginia, and Fort Scott, Kansas.
The Reamon Report is built on his legacy, continuing work that began five decades ago. His standards guide every evaluation, every conversation, and every family we serve.
This is bigger than football. It always has been.
A legacy beyond his own teams
Mike Tomlin reflects on the guidance and impact of Tommy Reamon Sr.—a mentor who helped shape his journey, even though Tomlin never played for him.
Founder / The Reamon Report
Tommy Reamon
Tommy Reamon is the founder of The Reamon Report, a national youth sports education and development organization built to help student-athletes and families turn potential into opportunity. A former Division I coach and NFL scout, he brings firsthand experience in talent evaluation, player development, and college recruiting.
His college coaching stops include the University of Virginia, the University of Miami, Virginia Tech, and Christopher Newport University. He also served as Director of Scouting at Norfolk State University. His NFL experience includes a combine internship with the Buffalo Bills, a coaching internship with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and a scouting role with the New Orleans Saints.
A graduate of Old Dominion University, Reamon serves as a national high school recruiting analyst for High School On SI, part of Sports Illustrated’s high school sports coverage. His work provides insight into emerging prospects and helps families better understand the recruiting process.
Reamon also built City on My Chest, an apparel brand that has generated more than $5 million in sales. That entrepreneurial success informs his approach to growing The Reamon Report through community connection, brand development, and a clear commitment to the people it serves.
Working alongside President Wesley West, Reamon leads The Reamon Report’s vision to connect athletes, families, schools, and organizations with education, recruiting guidance, and opportunities beyond the game. The work carries forward the legacy of his father, Tommy Reamon Sr., grounded in education, accountability, and long-term development.
Coming out of high school, Reamon was nationally ranked as the No. 21 dual-threat quarterback by Rivals.com, No. 15 by Tom Lemming, and No. 28 by ESPN.

Wesley West
With more than 16 years of coaching experience, Wesley West brings extensive expertise in player development, talent evaluation, and college football recruiting to his role as President of The Reamon Report.
A national recruiting analyst for High School On SI, West evaluates emerging prospects nationwide and provides valuable insight into the recruiting process. His expertise has also been featured across football podcasts and media platforms.
A former high school teammate of founder Tommy Reamon, West shares a longstanding relationship with Reamon built through football, mentorship, and a commitment to developing young athletes.
As President, West leads the organization's day-to-day operations, national program development, and strategic partnership initiatives. He oversees the expansion of recruiting education programs, athlete development services, and relationships with schools, youth sports organizations, and institutional partners.
Working alongside Reamon, West is focused on building a nationally recognized organization that connects student-athletes and families with education, resources, and opportunities beyond the game.
